What's New: Comcast Ponders 250 GB/Month Limit

Two large cable Internet providers, Comcast and Time Warner, will begin testing ways to limit excessive bandwidth usage on their networks. Comcast is considering a 250 GB per month limit on download usage. That cap would still allow users to download around 69,000 songs or 775 hours of standard-definition video.
