What's New: Microsoft Says Vista Is Feature Complete

This week Microsoft will release a "feature complete" version of its forthcoming Windows Vista operating system. This is the second of three test releases planned, with the third coming in the second quarter of 2006. Microsoft expects to release Windows Vista in late 2006.
