Check E-mail From The Road

At home or on vacation? Offsite or away from your PC? ITS can help you check your e-mail remotely, using just your web browser. Most of our web hosting plans include this capability, and there are ways to retrieve mail from e-mail accounts hosted elsewhere as well.

For web sites hosted by ITS:

To find out if we host your web site and/or what type of hosting plan you have, talk to your administrator or contact ITS Technical Support. If you try the instructions below and receive a "file not found (404)" type of error then you do not have this type of account.

ITS Shared Hosting

To log in, type in webmail.yourdomain.com. For example, webmail.teamITS.com. You will be redirected to a secure login page. Log in with your e-mail address and password. You can manage your e-mail, import address books, set options such as a name and signature, forward your e-mail, and set up an automatic reply message.

Mail you do not delete will be waiting for you when you return to your computer and download new mail. If you opt to save a copy of messages you send, remember to delete them later so your account does not fill up.

To log in, type in your domain followed by "/ControlPanel". For example, www.teamITS.com/ControlPanel. Log in with your username and password. You can manage your e-mail, set options such as a name and signature, forward your e-mail, set up an automatic reply message, and change your password.

Mail you do not delete will be waiting for you when you return to your computer and download new mail. If you opt to save a copy of messages you send, remember to delete them later so your account does not fill up.
