Do We Have To Sign Up?

ITS recognizes that clients may want to stay with the traditional IT support business model, so we do not require participation in ITS TeamCare.  Each client can decide what is most appropriate for them.  However, we think ITS TeamCare provides excellent value.

Why Is ITS TeamCare Different?

Instead of fixing problems after they happen, under ITS TeamCare we charge a flat rate for service, providing predictable IT expenses along with a wide slate of preventive and proactive services.  Fewer problems mean less worry, less downtime, and higher productivity.

Who Can Sign Up?

Clients anywhere in the U.S. can sign up for ITS TeamCare Basic or Professional.  ITS TeamCare Platinum is limited to clients in the greater Chicagoland area.

What Does It Cover?

Our Basic service covers 24x7 stability and performance monitoring for both servers and PCs, monitoring of backup logs and virus definition updates, installation of security updates for Windows as well as other commonly attacked software, and our ITS Mail Guard anti-spam service.  Also included is an online portal for tracking trouble tickets as well as hardware and software assets.  In addition ITS provides a 5% discount on any remote or on-site support, as well as any other projects such as web development.

Our Professional plan adds unlimited remote support, a 20% discount on on-site or other service, and prioritized response, as well as unlimited remote software installation and free consultation on new hardware and software.  Backup and Disaster Recovery provides rapid recovery for all servers and PCs, along with a loaner PC or server, if necessary, to get operational as fast as possible.

The Platinum level adds unlimited on-site support and installation for new PCs and other hardware.

How Much Does It Cost?

Our Basic and Professional levels start at $19 and $69 per month for up to about 20 desktop PCs, respectively. Our Platinum level covers on-site service, so requires a custom quote.  For most clients it is $10-15 higher than Professional.

Is There A Minimum Number Of PCs?

Not at this time.  Because network support is included and viruses may infect other networked PCs, we do require that all PCs and servers in a company are covered.

What If We Don't Like It?

ITS provides a 60-day money back guarantee for our Professional and Platinum service plans.  Clients may cancel at any time by providing at least 30 days' notice.
