Disk space for Exchange accounts is purchased in 2 GB increments and can be allocated to any of your Exchange mailboxes or public folders.

Message Mirror

Lets managers monitor workers' e-mail messages by copying incoming and/or outgoing messages to a separate folder. Retains from/to/cc/bcc information. Provides 2 GB of space; additional space available.

Compliant Archiving

Archives inbound and outbound e-mail per e-mail preservation regulations such as SEC, NASD, Sarbanes-Oxley, and NYSE. Messages are encrypted and stored off-site with strictly controlled access.

Please note customers will need to set up an account with an archiving service provider (recommendations are available). The add-on service provided is the interface to archive the messages according to the regulations.

ActiveSync
