Member of Technical Staff at AT&T-Bell Laboratories prior to co-founding ITS in 1990. At AT&T John was involved at both engineer and management levels with electronic circuit and computer system design; 3ESS and 5ESS phone switches; design/development of input-output routines and data base update programs; nationwide First Office Application; and field support and development of database and call processing programs.

Responsible for system design and estimating, hardware diagnosis and repair, wiring and logistics planning, hardware and software installation, and customer support.
