25 years in the computer sciences field. Strong in client training. Operating System expertise includes Windows 3.1 through Windows XP, DOS, and UNIX, as well as Windows NT 4.0 Server through Windows Server 2003.

Extensive PC hardware troubleshooting, diagnosis, piece replacement, and repair ability – plus system design, networking, installation, and customer support. Network experience includes extensive work with Microsoft, LANtastic, and Novell NetWare.

Software programming in C, FORTRAN, Pascal, Assembler, and COBOL, and database development in PAL, Access, Clipper, Paradox, and Natural. Also telecommunications experience with the 5ESS phone switch, Intelligent Network, and the 580 DSS PBX.

Prior to starting with ITS in 1995, Amy's professional employment included AT&T Bell Laboratories; the FBI; SBC (Illinois Bell) and Rockwell International.
