Installing Miva Empresa

To install Miva Empresa on your Virtual Private Server, do the following, according to your server O/S:

1. If you already have Miva Empresa installed and wish only to upgrade to the latest version, see these instuctions instead of continuing:

   • Upgrading Miva Empresa/HTMLScript
   
   

2. Run the Miva install program that matches your Virtual Private Server O/S.

   • FreeBSD & Solaris [Empresa 3.92]
     Connect to your Virtual Private Server via Telnet or SSH and issue this command:

     % vinstall miva

   • If you don't know the Virtual Private Servers O/S, try the following:

     • Which O/S Is Your Virtual Private Server Running?
     
     

3. Run the vsmtprelay command to enable Miva Empresa to send e-mail. Substitute your Virtual Private Server IP address below forYOUR.IP.ADD.RESS:

   % vsmtprelay add YOUR.IP.ADD.RESS 2147483647
