Is your server running?

Please try to ping your web site using the command:

ping yourdomainname

Using your domain name, of course. You should receive four responses on a Windows PC. If you receive four timeouts, the server may be offline. In this case on site data center staff are automatically notified and are already working on the problem. Most issues are resolved within 15-30 minutes.

If your server responds, then you can either contact ITS Technical Support with a description of the problem, or call our office to leave a message, and we will return your call as soon as possible during business hours.

If you have an emergency, please call our office and select the option for Emergency After Hours support.
