Likely you have a "pest." As we
predicted earlier this year, pests
(including spyware and adware) have become a serious problem. Often they interfere with Internet searches and browsing, reading the downloaded data in order to display their own ads. ITS has links to several anti-pest utilities on ITS StartCenter (teamITS.com/start) as a good starting point. However pest
software is often very difficult to find and remove; fortunately ITS can help with pest removal and prevention.
