ITS has encountered multiple PCs that did not make the switch to Daylight Savings time this past Sunday, despite having all updates from Windows Update installed. Removing and reinstalling the updates had no effect. The workaround for now is to manually edit the time zone settings in Windows, using Microsoft's Time Zone Editor utility (skip the first part and use Method 2: Change the time zone settings on a single computer.
