The administrative glue that holds ITS together, Linda formerly was assistant service manager for Skil-Bosch Power Tools, assuming all invoicing responsibilities, entering and tracking customer orders, and locating merchandise.

Prior to joining Skil-Bosch, Linda performed a variety of customer support duties for General Motors Corporation, Buick Motor Division in Naperville, IL – and was control operator for the Buick division’s local computer network.

Linda has worked at ITS since 1998.
